I had the pleasure of eating the most wonderful bundt cake a week ago. This cake came from Bundt Blessing Cakes. I ordered the Caramel Bundt Cake. This particular cake comes plain, with glaze and pecans and with glaze and walnuts. I ordered it with the glaze and walnuts.
When I recieved this cake in the mail, the box was heavier than I thought. I openned it up and it was nestled nice and cozy inbetween layers of kraft paper and bubble wrap. I pulled the cake out and unwrapped the 200 layers (not really, but it sure felt like it) of saran wrap off. As I unwrapped the aroma filled the air more and more. I stopped unwrapping to put the glaze in the microwave so when I was done unwrapping, I could put in on. I pulled a big plate out of the cabinet and “plated” the cake and drizzled half the glaze on it. I looked so very good at this point, but I knew I had to let the glaze “dry”. This cake smelled so good that as I waited, I grabbed the cardboard try the cake came on and scraped the cake crumbs off it and ate them.
This cake was a true delight for my family and I. We loved each and every bite. If you get a chance, stop by Bundt Blessing’s website. Not only does she offer the Caramel cakes, she has plain bundt cakes, chocolate bundt cakes and the newest flavor is “Agape” Red Velvet Bundt Cake. She also offers free slices of the signature cake, all you have to do is pay shipping!
